The Marvelle Experience
Complimentary Design Consultation
At Marvelle, we begin each project with a complimentary, no-obligation design consultation. This is an opportunity for us to understand your space, discuss your goals, and offer design advice tailored to your renovation needs.
Proposal
We’ll create a detailed, no-obligation proposal, including a breakdown of all costs for products, labour, and materials. After you’ve approved the proposal, we’ll prepare a contract and secure the project with a deposit.
Design
Once you’re happy with the proposal, our designers or trade partners can assist you with product selections, making sure everything from materials to finishes reflects your style. If you prefer, you can make selections independently, and we’ll be here to help ensure they fit with the overall design.
Scheduling
After finalising your selections, we’ll schedule the renovation start date and provide a clear timeline for the project. You’ll be introduced to your Project Manager, who will be your main point of contact throughout.
Renovation Begins
Your Project Manager will oversee the construction process, ensuring everything runs smoothly and on schedule. You’ll receive regular updates and be kept informed every step of the way.
Final Inspection & Handover
Upon completion, we’ll conduct a thorough inspection to ensure every detail meets our high standards. After addressing any final adjustments, we’ll officially hand over your newly renovated space, ready for you to enjoy!

One Room – No Cost, No Obligation
We offer a complimentary design consultation and detailed proposal for one room. This includes all labour, materials, and product allowances, tailored to suit your vision and budget.
Multiple Rooms – Tiered Quoting Options
If you're considering more than one room, we provide two simple options:
- No Cost Estimate
Our team will walk through your space and discuss your ideas, providing an approximate renovation cost to help with initial budgeting.
- Full Quoting – $500 Per Room
For a comprehensive breakdown covering additional rooms, we charge approximately $500 per room (price may vary depending on size and scope). This amount is fully refundable if you choose to move ahead with your renovation through Marvelle.
If you proceed with the initial room quoted, we’ll require a deposit to secure your place in our schedule. From there, we’re happy to quote any additional rooms at no further charge.
