Payment schedules are typically broken down into stages, with deposits required at the start, followed by progress payments at key milestones. Our team will provide a clear payment plan before work begins. 

Our team consists of skilled, trusted tradespeople who are either Marvelle employees or regular subcontractors. All of our contractors are licensed and have been carefully selected for their expertise and reliability. You can trust that the work will be completed to the highest standards.

We carry comprehensive insurance, including Public Liability, Products Liability, and Contract Works Insurance, ensuring full protection for your home and the work we carry out.  Our sub-contractors are required to have (and provide proof of) their insurance. We will not leave you or our workers exposed to liabilities. 

Your Project Manager will discuss security measures with you during the planning stage. We use coded lock boxes for secure on-site key storage, ensuring access is only available to authorised personnel.
